Hey! My name is Abby and this is my weight loss! I started last July when I saw a picture of myself that I wasn’t very happy with. I had tried dieting before but I would always give up within a couple of days, but this time was different. I stuck to working out and eating healthy and this is the result! You just have to keep going!
